Natus Vincere have booked their spot in the grand final despite their loss against MIBR, 16-2, while FaZe could not close out their Inferno match against Ninjas in Pyjamas, 15-15.

On the main stream, MIBR, who were already out of contention, and Natus Vincere battled it out on Mirage, where the Americans kicked things off with a successful B execution to take control of proceedings as Terrorists. It was only in the sixth round that the Ukrainians nearly pulled off a round, but Jake "⁠Stewie2K⁠" Yip denied Denis "⁠electroNic⁠" Sharipov from clutching a 1v2 situation.

Natus Vincere finally hit their first round on the board in the eighth, but they were immediately reset by their opponents, who went on to take a 9-1 lead. Oleksandr "⁠s1mple⁠" Kostyliev and co. responded with their second round, but they simply could not stop MIBR from making it 13-2 by half-time.

Then, after winning a near-perfect CT pistol, MIBR remained in full control, easily sealing the deal at 16-2.

FaZe and Ninjas in Pyjamas had already failed to get through the group stage in Lisbon, but that did not mean they would back down in the match which took place on Inferno. Despite the Swedes countering FaZe's pistol win with a trio of rounds, neither team could take full control of the map, with the scoreline eventually being set at 5-5.

Still, that was when the European mixture tightened up their defence to go on a great run until half-time, 10-5. FaZe carried that momentum into the second half and quickly hit 14 rounds, but Ninjas in Pyjamas did not throw in the towel. After losing nine rounds in a row, 14-14, Nikola "⁠NiKo⁠" Kovač's troops finally got back on the board to hit match-point, but they simply could not secure the win.
