The last Swedish team at the Global Challenge in Dubai has been eliminated.

SK Gaming faced GamePlay in the second lowerbracket semifinal, the winner would face mTw in the lowerbracket final. GamePlay just eliminated fnatic and could be looking at eliminating yet another Swedish team. The two teams followed each other round by round, which ended with the match ending with a time, after zet pulling two very clutch rounds in favor of SK Gaming. In overtime GamePlay made short progress and took a 5:0 CT side, they did give away two rounds when it was SK Gaming’s turn to be CT, but got the one round they needed to secure overall win 21:17.

GamePlay has now eliminated the two Swedish teams attending the Global Challenge in Dubai, and will be looking at facing mTw tomorrow in the lowerbracket final. Next up is MYM versus mousesports in the upperbracket final.
